Chinasoft Co., Ltd. was founded as a part of the knowledge innovation program by the ISCAS (Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences). It is also the result of the reconstruction of research and development. The headquarter is located in Beijing, China with registered capital of 75,000,000 RMB. As a high-tech company specialized in software research and service, Chinasoft focuses on large scale softwares application.

Company has abundant experiences in software project implementation, cooperation with domestic and international partners for many years. It is one of the new technology enterprise new technical pioneer development zone in Beijing, is confirmed with " the key software enterprises in the country plans" by the National Development Planning Commission, Information Industry Ministry, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Ministry and National General Tax Bureau, " Beijing software base in national Torch Program " leading enterprise, credit enterprise of AAA grade, software enterprises of Beijing.
