　　一直被IT厂商热烈追逐的电力信息化市场，似乎没有随着电力体制改革的推进及旺盛的电力投资需求而“引爆”，相反在日趋严重的“电荒”背景下显得更加不愠不火，国内一家著名的咨询公司曾经预计今天电力系统住处化采购市场将达80亿元，但事实证明预想中的蛋糕并没有变成现实。电力信息化市场徘徊不前的“症结”在哪里？电力体制改革对电力信息化的影响还要持续多久？电力信息化究竟能帮什么忙？随着电力体制改革的深入，如何把握未来电力企业对信息的真实需求。让信息化给企业带来实实在在的回报是本届圆桌会议关注并进行深入探讨的内容。

　　The e-power market that has been hotly chased by the IT manufacturers, in contrast with the already-recognized timing for being “IGNITED” with the advancement of the power system reformation and the flourishing demand of power investment, is becoming more inconspicuous under a national-wide daily-increased severe “power shortage” background than ever. One of the well-known domestic consulting firms has ever estimated an 8 billion IT purchasing-market this year, however, the expected scenario turns off without being a reality.
