Brief introduction of the Winning Units:

HuaPu Information Technology  Limited Company  is a high-tech joint venture invested and founded by both East China Computer Technology Institute and American Hewlett-Packard company, which is also the first joint venture of computer business invested by Hewlett-Packard in China. Since HuaPu was founded in January,1991,great importance had been being attached from government and all the circles. More than 200 people attended the founding ceremony of HuaPu, including  principals from the National Computer Committee, National Economy & Trading Committee, National Mechanism & Engine Department, relevant departments bureaus and committees in ShangHai and representatives of all the circles as well as undersecretary Mr. ZengPeiyan, Vice-mayor Mr.LiuZhenyuan and American consul in ShangHai. The total invest of HuaPu is 9,000,000USD.The headquarter locates in LuJiazhui Trading District, PuDong,ShangHai. HuaPu has been continuously honored as “ShangHai Pioneer Technology Enterprise of Foreign Invest” since 1996.
 
Enterprise Communication Department (ECD) is one of the four core ones of HuaPu Company. ECD focuses on service about excellent vocal communications, unified communications, call center and other solutions to all the clients from all the circles. Simultaneously, series of periphery products and software self-developing have been derived from which further boost up advantages of ECD in our field with more professional after-service of higher quality.
