Brief Introduction of the Winning Units:

Beijing SimPerfect Technology Co., Ltd is a high-Tech company which focuses on producing Enterprise Communications Services System (ECS). Through all means of communication technology, ESC caters for customers’ information and communication needs and can provide comprehensive information service. SimPerfect  is dedicated to providing simple and perfect product, which comes out of complicated communication and computer technology, compressive but simple to use.

CTI (Computer Telephone integration) technology, which combines communication and computer technology, is the best suit for enterprise comprehensive communication system as an underground technology. As one of the original research groups in CTI field, SimPerfect  has more than 15 years technical accumulation and project experience. Its key members used to be supervisor of BUPT (Beijing university of Post And Telecom) CTI Lab (the only one advance lab in CTI filed in China), and Its key developers have at least more than 7 years development experience in CTI field, some of them even have more than 15 years experience.  SimPerfect  has abundant developing and construction experience in call center, the accomplished call center projects exceed several hundred, and established call center seats exceed 10,000.

SimPerfect ’s independently developed series products, which include Basiccall, CrystalCall, OfficeCall and Octopus, are widely used in the fields of government, finance, touristy, hotel and electrical business. There are more than 100 projects involved, like Beijing municipal non-emergency Aid center, JRJ, StockStar, SoHu, Kingsoft  and Caissa  Touristic among them.

SimPerfect  bears conception of perfect project, quickly response to customer needs, and providing customized call center functionality per customers’ requirement.
