Job title/role: Senior Sales Manager, South China

Working city: Guangzhou or Shenzhen

Overall job description:

As asenior salesmanager in South China, the candidate shouldfocus on building new business, maintain available customer relationships, and build up healthy revenue streams and relationships with customers and partners in South China.

Key role: To reach order, revenue and margin targets in the designated market in line with our business goals, directives and values.

Overall job description:

  • Meet or exceed the agreed sales target
  • Account planning. At least yearly review of customer relationship to ensure we capture needs for the following year prior to customers budget process.
  • Business planning, cost control, and reporting for the territory
  • Help partners with pricing, commercial and technical questions
  • Follow up, build and maintain sales pipeline for selected regions in China, decided by China Sales Director
  • Understand and support the internal processes associated with the role, such as order management, invoicing, debt collection, reporting and administration.
  • Ensure Customer and Partner Satisfaction

Skills:

· Excellent English and Chinese Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Excellent documentation and presentation skills

· Technical Communication

· Structured and analytical with regards to business planning, goal setting and evaluation of development

· The will to build up a deep knowledge about Teleopti’s solutions and the value we provide to customers and channel partners

· Self-motivated and winning mentality

Education/Training

Degree: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Business Administration or related.

Experience

At least 8 years of experience selling complex software solution
At least 8 years of relevant channel sales experience

Report Line: China Sales Director

Co-operates with: Teleopti China Staff, Pre-sales, Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Consulting, HR, Management team

Essential working methods: Direct touch approach in all phases of sales process including own prospecting and customer meetings while still keeping partner in the loop. Influence customers to choose Teleopti (demo, operational assessment and other sales tools)

Successful behaviors: Self-motivated & winning mentality.Frequent customer visits.Excellent listening and communication skills, being able to convince all stakeholders involved in Teleopti’s business. Structured planning, good documentation and reporting.

Travel is also a must for this position; the total estimated travelling time should be around 30%-50% of the working hours.
