Extension of services for Air China
arvato services has extended its services for its customer Air China. From 1. September 2003 arvato will handle all data capturing activities associated with Air China’s frequent flyer program "Air China Companion" club. These services include: enrolments of new members, the retroactive crediting of flight activities and the maintenance of member’s data.
"Air China Companion" is a rewards activity of miles accumulation which is the first Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) in China by dedicated design to passengers who take air china airlines (including both international and domestic airlines). "Air China Companion" always carries out the concept of "Customer always take the privilege" centered with customers’ demands.
The FFP members was grown up to one million since "New Air China" launched. "Air China Companion has developing many marketing activities and cooperation projects for serving member with better services to raise its service quality and increase its awareness of its new brand image. The aim of these extension services provided by arvato services (China) is to further perfect the performance of its customer relationship services and management and assist Air China to position their marketing tendency accurately and activities properly with optimized data base for member management.
