Brief Introduction of the Winning Units:
China Elite Info Limited is one of the most outstanding call centre outsourcing services and customer relationship management (CRM) services provider with over 15 years’experience in call center operations in the PRC. It is the first company obtained ISO9002 certification in call center industry. China Elite has established three operation centers in 2000, 2005 and 2006 in Guangzhou which has a call centre capacity of over 4,100 seats.
The company focuses on providing services for leading telecommunication service providers in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC. From 2006, the Group expanded its business to Canada. It offers services primarily in the management of outbound and inbound services, market research, built in secretary(BIS) and other CRM services.
With the development of CRM outsourcing services, China Elite also provides services to non-telecommunications industries, such as insurance, finance, airlines/ travel, medical/health and other industries. At present, their company has become a call center which integrates all social resources.
