早上好！

作为本届亚太地区最佳呼叫中心评委主席，我谨代表本年度亚太地区最佳呼叫中心评审委员会，代表各国呼叫中心行业协会及各位评审专家，对本届会议的成功举办，表示热烈祝贺！对首次参与到亚太呼叫中心大家庭中来的中国同行表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的祝贺！

亚太最佳呼叫中心评选活动今年已经是第三届了，作为亚太地区最高规格的行业评选活动，这项赛事已经在亚太各国呼叫中心行业同仁中享有极高的口碑；通过年度区域评选活动，我们有效地加强了亚太各国呼叫中心行业同仁的交流，为彼此更好地合作奠定了良好的基础。这个精英群体欢迎中国的加入！

中国正在为亚太区域市场的发展带来令人惊异的影响。中国呼叫中心行业取得的出色成就令全世界瞩目，并迅速使得中国成为全球最大的动力来源之一。

为此，我向中国信息产业部在呼叫中心行业发展中的出色领导表示敬意，向中国的行业协会CNCCA优异的工作，以及它的富有活力的领导人赵溪先生，表示祝贺！

这些同仁的工作，使得这个行业以令人惊异的速度成长，你们的远见在亚太区域受到广泛的钦敬。

对于在座的各位，我祝愿你们取得巨大的成功，并相信你们在这几天的时间里过得愉快并增长见闻。

As chairman for the Asian regional contact center awards, I want to welcome everyone, and give you my warmest congratulations. This is indeed an impressive summit.

On behalf of the associations around the region, I am honored to welcome the CNCCA to the regional awards and we all look forward to seeing China represented at the regional awards in late October.

The Asian awards are in their 3rd year and are widely recognized as the region’s leading awards for the contact center industry. The awards are also leading to many other initiatives being developed and shared across the region, and we warmly welcome China to this elite group.

China, of course, is having an amazing impact on the region. The outstanding achievements of the China industry have caught the attention of the entire world, rapidly making China one of the greatest powerhouses around the globe.

So, I would like to offer my congratulations and deep respect to the Ministry of Information Industry, the CNCCA and their dynamic leader Mr. Zhao Xi.

The work of these people is growing the industry at an amazing rate, and their vision is admired across the region.

To everyone here, I wish you all great success and know that you will enjoy and learn so much across the next few days.
