杨胜超  辉瑞中国营养品部客户关系管理全国CRM总监

获奖介绍:2001年底,作为美国惠氏药厂全球推广策略的一部分,惠氏中国营养品部在原有全国客户服务部的基础上成立CRM部门。杨胜超先生被任命为全国客户关系管理总监,负责CRM部门的创建、管理及发展。在其领导下,2003至今,中国CRM已获得由专业机构颁发的十余个客户服务奖项。

杨胜超先生在营养品行业拥有10多年的营销经验,先后在雀巢、英特儿及达能集团等多家跨国公司担任重要职务。

Brief introduction of the Winning Units: As a part of global generalizing strategy of Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Wyeth China Nutr. established CRM based on previous national customer service department at the end of 2001.   Mr. Stephen Yang was appointed National CRM Director, responsible for the foundation, management and development of CRM department. Led by him, China CRM has been awarded a score of times by professional institutions.

Mr. Stephen Yang has more than 10 years’ marketing experience in nutritional field, and holds the posts of the important duty successively in many multinational corporations such as Nestle, International Nutrition and so on
