谈慧凤:中兴通讯股份有限公司手机呼叫中心主任

获奖理由:

谈慧凤女士2003年5月加盟中兴通讯股份有限公司,历任广州办事处客服经理、手机客户服务部部长等职,从2005年8月开始至今担任手机呼叫中心主任的工作。任职期间,谈慧凤女士在中兴通讯领导和建立了结构完整、机制成熟、运作规范的手机呼叫中心,培养了一批具有呼叫中心业务经验的管理人员和客服代表,是中兴手机呼叫业务走向正规发展道路的领路人;她领导团队树立起中兴手机呼叫中心的品牌形象,为公司手机经营提供了大量的第一手市场参考信息和建议;建立起符合中兴手机实际的、团结奉献、拼搏向上、微笑服务、关爱用户的团队文化和工作气氛。在她的带领下,中兴通讯的呼叫中心获得了2005-2006中国最佳客户服务中心30强和2005-2006中国最佳管理团队奖以及2005年中国客户关怀80强等殊荣。此外,谈女士也是客户世界研究院特聘专家,她不断在工作实践中总结提炼,提出许多具有实际意义和价值的理论,如成本领先理论、精细化管理理论、情商理论,为呼叫中心行业的管理和发展提供了有益的指导,为提高企业的服务质量做出了杰出的贡献。

Reason For the Recognition

After joining ZTE Ltd. Co., Ms.Tan Huifeng served as Customer Service Manager of Guangzhou office, Minister of cell phone customer service, Etc. From the beginning of August 2005 she started her work as the director of the call center for the cell phone. As a trailblazer for ZTE’s handset call services to the road of regular development, she led the team in founding the Handset Call Center with a complete structure, mature system and regular operation, and fosters a large number of experienced management personnel and customer service representatives. She led the team to project the brand image of ZTE’s Handset Call Center, and provides a large amount of first-hand market information and suggestions for the company’s handset business reference. She created a team culture and work atmosphere in compliance with the reality of ZTE’s handsets, unity, contribution, hard work, smiling services and customer caring. With Ms.Tan’s leading, the call center received numerous awards, such as 30 China’s Best Customer Service Centers, 2005-2006; China’s Best Management Team 2005-2006 and 80 top China’s Customer Caring Units, 2005.Additionally, Ms.Tan, a member of experts for CCMWorld Academy, She constantly summed up in practice and developed many valuable and practical theories, such as Cost leading theory, Fine management theory, EQ theory. She does make a great contribution for the industry development and service improvement.
